About
Rocco Bova is a Managing Consultant for Horwath HTL Mexico and a Hospitality veteran with over 30 years of operational experience in 11 countries.
Rocco has consulted for over 60 projects in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Saudi Arabia, with a specialty in the ultra-luxury segment and the independent boutique hotel concept. Over the years Rocco’s clients have included Family Offices, Venture Capital, Investment Funds and HNWI willing to invest in the luxury segment. Rocco previously worked as General Manager for various luxury brands like St. Regis, Aman Resorts, LUX Resorts & Hotels and most recently with Chable’ Hotels & Resorts in Mexico.
From 1995 to 2011 he worked in different managerial positions from Food & Beverage through General Management with some of best International companies including Hilton, Four Seasons, IHG and Jumeirah.
Rocco has graduated from the Institute of Hospitality in London (1997) and continued his education with Cornell attending various Professional Development Programs and the General Manager Program (2003 through 2012). Rocco contributes continuously with the hospitality industry by speaking at conferences, Universities and writing articles in reputed hospitality magazines.
