About
Martina Favitta graduated in Accounting Financial Management and Control at Bocconi University in Milan.
She started her professional career as an auditor in KPMG Italy, gaining further experience as a senior financial consultant in EY Italy and performing buy side/sell side due diligence activities with a focus on real estate and hospitality sector for International and Italian real estate fund and private clients.
In July 2022 she moved to the Hospitality Real Estate division, enhancing her competencies in commercial due diligence, market analysis, business plan review, hotel investment and valuation.
In April 2023, Martina joined Horwath HTL Italy as a Senior Consultant for Planning & Development, Hotel Asset Management and Valuation projects.
