Khassim Bizimungu is a seasoned tourism expert, with over 10 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Khassim’s career began at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), where he joined forces with the Tourism Marketing Team to achieve remarkable successes. Under their stewardship, the Visit Rwanda campaign flourished, generating increased revenue and propelling the country's brand recognition to new heights.

Throughout his career, Bizimungu has consistently demonstrated his proficiency in various aspects of tourism, including Tourism Marketing and Promotion, Tourism Product Development, Hospitality Trainings, Research, Content Creation, and Writing. His contributions have undoubtedly played a significant role in advancing the Rwandan tourism sector.

Bizimungu's expertise extends beyond the RDB, as he has held positions as a Tourism Consultant for Palast Tours and Travel and a Project Manager for E3 International, a MICE company. At the time of joining Horwath HTL, he was simultaneously serving as a consultant for the International Organization for Migration (IOM)/UN Migration.
