About
Fernando Feller has a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate from FAAP - Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado. He has been working in the hospitality market for over 15 years, having taken several courses in the area during this period, such as: Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), Financial Management and Cash Flow, Hotel Planning and Development, amongst others.
A member of SECOVI's real estate-tourism core, Fernando has practical experience in: Hotel development, Planning and Operation; Planning Co-ordination and structuring of new hotel and real estate projects, with various capital structures, and REIT formatting in the hospitality area, having worked with banking and financial institutions, such as Credit Suisse and Caixa Econômica Federal.
In the Real Estate Development market, Fernando has already structured and developed real estate projects totaling more than BRL 800 Million in sales value, participating in the negotiation, prospecting, development and structuring of real estate and hotel projects.
In the Hospitality market, Fernando also has extensive experience in hotel operations and residential serviced developments (he spent a period in the US, visiting specialized residential services companies, holding meetings with senior executives, visiting operating enterprises and bringing benchmarking to Brazil), in addition to having participated in several conventions, events and conferences, sometimes as a speaker and/or expert, in his areas of knowledge.
