Cher Seith Breslin is a native of Cleveland Ohio and Rochester New York, the daughter of the late Roger Dean Seith “Bud”, former Chief Information Officer of Xerox Corporation.
Cher developed her passion for the Hospitality Travel Leisure industry at a very young age. Perhaps it was the extensive traveling with her family throughout Europe in the 1970’s, or living in Great Britain for most of her youth with jaunts to France, Spain Italy and the Swiss Alps, or just her love for people and passion to serve. Cher is a true believer that genuine Hospitality is a must core value to be successful in our Industry.
Cher holds three degrees in Hospitality. Her first, an Associates’ degree in nutrition and restaurant management, her second a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University in Hospitality Management and a Masters Degree from Florida International University in Hospitality Management where she graduated with honors.
Cher’s career has been diverse and exciting spanning three decades from small high quality restaurants to global corporations such as Hyatt Hotels, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Chart House Restaurants and Eastern Airlines.
Cher has a unique and special approach to her business model, straightforward, hard work with a balance of strategic thinking and customer centric principles. Cher is gifted with the ability to lead a team, even in the most strenuous of situations, to superior results.
Cher’s expertise is broad in the industry; her natural talent for coaching makes her ideal for consulting and guiding her clients to the best results. Starting with the clients desired outcome, she listens and understands to the clients needs, then sets out to develop winning strategies that exceed expectations. Cher is an industry expert in Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage Management, Event Planning, Restaurant Concepts and Operations in the Hospitality, Food service, Food Safety, Food Production, Kitchen Sanitations and Production, Labor and Productivity in Restaurant Operations.
Cher Breslin has been the cofounder and Principal of Panther Hospitality LLC since December of 2005 and currently a Principal with Horwath HTL. Cher serves on several committees in out reach programs within the Dunwoody Georgia Community. Cher enjoys time at the beach, traveling, studying Disney. However her greatest joy is time with her friends, family, three adult children and her husband of twenty-five years.
