Horwath HTL was engaged to provide feasibility and branding advisory for the proposed Hilton Garden Inn in Konya, a city with significant cultural and economic importance. Our objective was to ensure the project would achieve financial success and enhance Hilton’s presence in the region.

The engagement began with an in-depth market analysis to evaluate Konya’s demand drivers, including its status as a prominent pilgrimage site and an emerging business hub. We identified a gap in the market for an internationally branded midscale hotel offering a blend of affordability, modernity, and convenience—attributes central to the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

We developed a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the project’s financial viability, considering key metrics such as development costs, anticipated room rates, occupancy levels, and market growth projections. Our analysis ensured the project would be well-positioned to achieve strong ROI while mitigating risks.

Branding recommendations emphasized leveraging Hilton’s global reputation and loyalty programs to attract both domestic and international travelers. We proposed operational strategies tailored to the region, including a strong focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services to tap into Konya’s growing corporate demand.

The resulting plan provided a clear financial and operational blueprint for the Hilton Garden Inn Konya, positioning the hotel to become a preferred choice for business and leisure travelers while delivering sustainable growth for the client.
