Horwath HTL was engaged to review and provide feedback on a draft hotel management agreement for a mid-scale hotel in Kitwe. The client had identified a hotel management company to brand, manage, and market the property and sought our expertise to ensure the agreement supported their strategic goals and protected their interests.
Our work began with a detailed assessment of the agreement’s terms and conditions. This included analyzing management fees, performance-based incentives, and the scope of services to confirm alignment with industry standards and the client’s operational objectives.
