Poppy is a graduate of Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University. She joined the Irish Horwath HTL team in April 2025, bringing experience in insolvency and liquidations, as well as hands-on hospitality experience from working in cafés and restaurants in both Dublin and her hometown in West Cork.
