Agron Berisa brings over 30 years of extensive experience in hotel operations to his role at Horwath HTL. Prior to joining the firm, Agron served as Chief Operating Officer at Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group, where he oversaw the operations and commercial departments for a portfolio of 33 hotels and residences across seven European countries. His leadership and expertise were instrumental in driving operational excellence and delivering strong commercial results across a diverse range of properties.

Agron is a recognised expert in business planning and the development of hotels and mixed-use resorts, with a proven ability to conceptualise and execute projects that align with market trends and client objectives. His deep understanding of hotel operations, combined with his strategic insight, enables him to deliver impactful solutions that enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.

He holds a diploma from the prestigious Hotel Management School Les Roches in Crans Montana, Switzerland, which laid the foundation for his distinguished career in hospitality.
