Khang Nguyen Trieu

Based in Singapore since 2016, Khang has led multiple technology teams across different organisations, most notably at Accor. There, as CIO Asia Pacific and later Group Chief Technology Architect, he delivered multi-country digital and operational transformation programmes spanning central platforms, hotel systems, automation, and AI adoption. During his time in Singapore, he collaborated closely with the Singapore Tourism Board to advance the country’s hospitality digitalisation agenda.

Before relocating to Singapore, Khang lived in France. A French citizen of Vietnamese origin, he began his career in leading consulting firms before spending 12 years in technology leadership roles at Voyages-SNCF.com – then Europe’s largest online travel agency in partnership with Expedia – where he drove B2B/B2C platform development and led the company’s agile transformation.

Known for his ability to bridge technical, operational, and business perspectives, Khang’s expertise includes digital and AI transformation roadmaps, operational diagnostics, vendor-neutral recommendations, and orchestration of delivery and change management. His approach ensures technology becomes a true business enabler for stakeholders and teams on the ground, helping hotels streamline operations, strengthen profitability, redeploy staff to more meaningful roles, and elevate guest experience.

As of December 2025, Khang serves as Chair of the Robotics Taskforce of the Singapore Hotel Association and as a consultative champion with Singapore Tourism Board’s Tcube, supporting innovation across the tourism sector.
