Hillblom Estate Portfolio Valuation
Horwath HTL was engaged by the owners of the Hillblom estate to provide a valuation of its hospitality assets, including the Sofitel Dalat Palace hotel and Golf Club, the Novotel Dalat, the Novotel Phan Thiet and Ocean Dunes Golf Club and the Riverside residences Saigon.
Project Scope
Our consultancy was engaged to provide comprehensive services for the development of the Hillblom Estate, a luxury property envisioned to offer an exclusive retreat for discerning guests. The project required a strategic approach to create a destination that harmoniously blends opulence with the surrounding natural beauty.
We initiated the project with a thorough market analysis to assess the competitive landscape and identify target demographics. This involved evaluating local and international tourism trends, competitor offerings, and potential market gaps. The insights gained informed the development of a unique value proposition for the estate.
Collaborating closely with the client and architectural teams, we contributed to the design and layout of the estate’s accommodations, ensuring they offered panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Emphasis was placed on incorporating modern amenities and stylish ergonomic furnishings to enhance guest comfort.
Our team devised a comprehensive operational strategy encompassing service standards, staffing requirements, and training programmes. We focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, with protocols established for personalised services and attention to detail.
In terms of amenities, we provided guidance on the development of the estate’s dining venues, ensuring they catered to diverse culinary preferences while highlighting local flavours.
