Project Scope

Horwath HTL was engaged to provide comprehensive operational and administrative consulting for the Aiden by Best Western in Biberach. The engagement focused on digitalisation, revenue management, marketing strategy, and a detailed SWOT analysis to optimise processes and enhance overall performance.

The project began with a thorough evaluation of the hotel’s existing operations and administrative systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Digitalisation was prioritised as a key initiative, aiming to streamline workflows, improve guest experiences, and increase operational efficiency. This involved implementing advanced property management systems, enhancing digital communication tools, and introducing automated processes for reservations and guest services.

Revenue management strategies were reviewed and optimised to align with market demand and competitive positioning. This included dynamic pricing models, segmentation analysis, and forecasting tools designed to maximise room revenue while maintaining a strong value proposition for guests. Detailed training was provided to staff to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of these strategies.

A marketing strategy was developed to strengthen the hotel’s brand presence and visibility in its target markets. This included refining the hotel’s online and offline marketing efforts, improving social media engagement, and leveraging digital advertising to drive direct bookings. The strategy also focused on promoting unique aspects of the Aiden by Best Western brand, ensuring differentiation in a competitive hospitality market.

A comprehensive SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the hotel’s internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. The insights from this analysis were integrated into the overall strategy to mitigate risks and capitalise on growth opportunities.

This consulting engagement resulted in streamlined processes, enhanced revenue management capabilities, and a stronger marketing approach, positioning the Aiden by Best Western in Biberach for long-term success in its market.
