Project Scope
Horwath HTL was engaged by Mitsubishi Estate to provide expert support in their management contract negotiations with Hilton. The objective of this collaboration was to secure a mutually beneficial agreement that aligned with Mitsubishi Estate’s strategic goals for the project while leveraging Hilton’s global expertise and brand reputation.
The process began with a thorough review of the proposed management contract, focusing on key terms such as fee structures, performance benchmarks, brand standards, and operational responsibilities.
