In her role, Beatriz drives both commercial and organic growth, institutional relations, strategic partnerships and brand positioning across HTL markets. She works closely with regional and global teams to reinforce Horwath HTL’s authority as the leading specialist consultancy.
With more than 17 years of international experience in strategy and business development within professional services and real estate, she brings a global perspective and a track record in managing multidisciplinary and regional teams in complex environments, leading growth plans and transformation projects. She also has expertise in real estate asset brokerage advisory for transactions involving funds and international investors.
Her approach combines creativity, analysis and strategy, compelling value propositions that resonate with clients, partners and stakeholders. Her focus spans opportunity origination, value proposition design, strategic client programmes and direct engagement with the C-suite, connecting PE/RE funds, family offices, HNWIs, banks, servicers and legal firms with niche consultancy, capital solutions and specialised advisory.
For 15 years, she was responsible for the global Business Development and Client Management area at Uría Menéndez, one of the leading Iberian law firms with an international footprint.
In London, for almost a decade, she held business analysis management roles at a recognised Magic Circle firm and worked as a KAM for the UK and EMEA regions at a global financial services scale‑up.
