Horwath HTL Spain was commissioned to estimate the investment value of the Gran Hotel Son Net, a prominent luxury hotel in Mallorca as it underwent an extension and upgrade plan to become a Cortesin Hotel.
Project scope
Horwath HTL’s Spanish office completed a detailed study in accordance with RICS professional standards which involved a thorough analysis of the hotel’s current position in the local and international luxury market, using data on comparable hotel sales, prevailing market conditions, and forecasts for the luxury hospitality sector. Key performance indicators such as ADR (average daily rate), occupancy rates, and RevPAR were assessed, along with a focus on the impact of the F&B business and the proposed spa on the hotel's overall positoning and revenue potential.
