Our firm was engaged to provide asset management services for a family and conference resort located at Lake Balaton, Hungary. The property, catering to both leisure and business markets, required strategic oversight to optimise operational performance, improve profitability, and enhance long-term asset value. Key projects included upgrades to conference facilities and family-oriented amenities, both designed to enhance the resort’s appeal to target markets and increase revenue potential.
