The engagement began with a detailed feasibility study to assess the market potential and financial viability of the project. This included an analysis of local demand drivers, competitive benchmarking, and market trends to identify the optimal positioning for the hotel. Recommendations were provided on room count, facilities, and operational focus to ensure alignment with the IBIS brand and market expectations. Financial projections and risk analyses offered the client a clear roadmap for informed decision-making.

Horwath HTL then conducted an operator search, identifying and evaluating potential operators with a proven track record in the economy hotel segment. This process culminated in securing a management agreement with Accor, leveraging the strength of the IBIS brand to maximise market appeal. The negotiation of the contract ensured favourable terms that supported the client’s strategic and financial goals.

During the planning and construction phase, Horwath HTL provided expert guidance to ensure that design and operational workflows adhered to IBIS brand standards while optimising guest experience and operational efficiency.
