He has extensive experience in a wide range of developments, including mixed-use projects, hotels, tourism developments and large-scale ventures throughout the Caribbean.
Juan is an expert in a number of key areas including project financial planning, strategic planning, hotel operational audits, hotel chain selection, and prospective financial analysis. His extensive knowledge of both consulting and the operational aspects of hospitality and tourism real estate development across diverse international markets sets him apart from the rest. He has conducted benchmarking studies for luxury mega-resorts and prepared comprehensive business plans, market studies and financial analyses for various hotel and tourist real estate properties affiliated with international chains in the Caribbean.
Juan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), a Specialisation Degree in Functional Management from the Mother and Master Catholic University (PUCMM), and an MBA from the National University Pedro Henrique Urena (UNPHU). He is an active member of the Dominican Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc. (IIA), the Institute of Dominican Appraisers, Inc. (ITADO), and the Pan-American Union of Valuation Associations (UPAV).
