Greggie Pascual currently serves as a Managing Director with Horwath HTL, supporting clients through an integrated consulting platform across five business areas: Strategy & Planning; Growth, Sales & Marketing; Operational Support; Sustainability; Valuation & Transaction Advisory.


Greggie advise owners, developers, lenders, investors, and operators across operating real estate and operating companies – including Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure and Health & Wellness manufacturing – on high-stakes decisions where strategy, operating performance, and capital structure must align.

His work connects insight to execution – helping clients define the right plan, pressure-test it against market realities, and translate it into decisions that are financeable and implementable. Depending on the mandate, this includes market positioning and business planning, commercial and go-to-market strategy, performance diagnostics and operational improvement, sustainability integration, and investor/lender-grade decision support for financing and transactions.

In parallel, Greggie leads GP Valuation & Advisory Services (valuation, feasibility, and complex asset advisory) and GP Capital Ventures (underwriting, capital structuring, and M&A advisory for select operators and investors).

Greggie also serves as CFO/CIO for Bella Phytologic, reinforcing an operator’s lens—where cadence, reporting discipline, unit economics, and capital efficiency ultimately determine value.
