Project Scope
We were engaged to provide pre-opening services for a luxury resort seeking Relais & Châteaux affiliation. The project focused on ensuring the property was impeccably positioned for its debut, combining operational readiness, market alignment, and brand excellence.
Our work began with strategic planning to define the resort’s unique value proposition and establish its market positioning. This involved extensive research into the target demographics, regional tourism trends, and the high standards required for Relais & Châteaux membership. Operational readiness was a key focus of our pre-opening services.
