Horwath HTL was engaged by Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts to conduct market research and develop future cash flow projections for a condo hotel project in Osaka. The aim of the engagement was to provide a comprehensive assessment of the project’s market potential and financial feasibility, supporting strategic planning and investment decisions.
The market research phase began with an analysis of Osaka’s hospitality landscape, focusing on the demand for condo hotels and the preferences of key traveler segments, including domestic tourists, business travelers, and international visitors. Particular attention was given to Osaka’s position as a major commercial and cultural hub, which attracts year-round tourism and business activity.
