The Oberoi Group, renowned for pioneering award-winning luxury resorts, envisioned developing iconic properties that would introduce a level of opulence and sophistication previously unseen in India. Horwath HTL India had the privilege of conducting market and financial feasibility studies for these uber-luxury resorts, which were planned in some of India’s most prominent tourist destinations: Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur.
These projects aimed to redefine luxury hospitality in the Indian landscape, and Horwath HTL India’s expertise in the luxury leisure segment was instrumental in supporting this vision.
