Malcolm Kerr

Malcolm Kerr has been a Senior Advisor to Horwath HTL since April 2025. He was previously Managing Director of Horwath HTL’s UK office, a business unit of Crowe U.K. LLP from January 2021 to March 2025, where he led specialist teams to deliver advisory services to stakeholders in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure (HTL) sectors across the UK and internationally.

Malcolm is an expert in strategic planning for hospitality real estate investors and operators, hotel management and franchise contract negotiations, asset management, and brand establishment and expansion strategies within the hospitality sector. He has a rich background that includes senior regional development positions with major hotel groups and extensive experience managing advisory assignments in over 25 countries and territories.

Malcolm's global experience and in-depth knowledge of the UK HTL market allow him to provide clients with unique insights and strategies that drive value and growth.

He holds a BA in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
