Project Scope

For Monastery Allerheiligen, we undertook a comprehensive feasibility study to explore its transformation into a hospitality destination with a focus on cultural tourism and sustainability. The project required integrating heritage preservation with modern hospitality standards. Our team conducted an in-depth market analysis, targeting demographics interested in experiential travel, including cultural enthusiasts, wellness seekers, and eco-conscious guests.

The study included a thorough assessment of adaptive reuse options, presenting scenarios for boutique accommodations, event hosting, and experiential programs such as retreats and historical tours. A financial model was developed to outline investment costs, operational expenses, and revenue potential, including possible subsidies for heritage preservation and green initiatives.

To position the monastery as a unique offering, we recommended a branding strategy emphasizing its historical and spiritual significance, coupled with luxury and sustainability. Our operational blueprint outlined steps to maintain authenticity while delivering modern amenities. Additionally, we identified partnerships with local tourism boards and cultural organizations to boost visibility.

Our final deliverable was a comprehensive feasibility report providing a roadmap for development, marketing, and operations. It ensured stakeholders could make informed decisions to balance commercial success with preserving the monastery’s historical integrity.
