As General Manager of Dazzler &amp; Esplendor by Wyndham in Asunci\u00f3n (2016\u20132024), she positioned both hotels among the most recognized workplaces in Paraguay, earning multiple \u201cBest Place to Work\u201d awards between 2017 and 2023. Throughout her career, she has focused on building high-performance teams and shaping a customer-centered service culture. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at Cyan Recoleta, F\u00ebn Hoteles, and Tailor Made Hotel.\r<\/p><p class=\"b2 hhtl-animate-global-top hhtl-animate-global-delay-2\">In 2024, Josefina founded Noddo Hotels &amp; Consulting, a specialized management and advisory firm dedicated to driving operational efficiency, digital transformation, and sustainable growth. Through Noddo, she leads projects that accompany hotel openings, repositionings, and ongoing operations throughout Paraguay, applying innovative approaches in revenue management, digital marketing, and organizational culture.
