Project Scope

Horwath HTL was engaged to provide a comprehensive framework and expert advice for lease agreements, management agreements, and cooperation agreements related to the development of two new hotels. The objective was to ensure that these foundational agreements supported the operational and financial success of the properties while aligning with the strategic goals of the stakeholders involved.
