International Landmark Mixed-use Resort Development – Batumi, Georgia
Horwath HTL Hungary was commissioned by GAB Resorts Holding to assess the viability and development strategy for the proposed international upper-upscale mixed-use beachfront resort of landmark scale on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, in the centre of Batumi.
Project Scope
During our phased engagement we have conducted in-depth market and financial feasibility assessments, concept reviews, and valuations, covering all proposed components, including hospitality, residential, leisure and entertainment facilities. Working also together with the team of the financing bank, our comprehensive work included ROI projections across multiple development concept scenarios, ensuring that the project could be assessed from both financial risk and opportunity perspectives.
Our analysis and recommendations provided the investors with clarity on the optimal development concept, balancing large-scale ambition with market realities and financial sustainability.
