Project Scope

Horwath HTL was commissioned to develop an exclusive concept for a luxury eco-resort founded on regenerative principles, strategically located near environmentally protected areas. The project’s vision was to create a destination that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, promotes environmental sustainability, and delivers a world-class guest experience.

The process began with a thorough analysis of the site’s ecological attributes, including its biodiversity, topography, and existing environmental protections. This assessment ensured that the proposed development would align with conservation objectives and actively enhance the local ecosystem.

Building on this foundation, Horwath HTL designed a resort concept centred on minimising environmental impact and fostering ecological regeneration. The concept integrates sustainable building materials, renewable energy technologies, and comprehensive waste reduction measures. Additionally, it incorporates guest engagement through educational initiatives and immersive nature experiences, encouraging visitors to connect with and contribute to conservation efforts.

The proposed luxury eco-resort aspires to set a new standard in sustainable tourism by harmonising luxury with environmental responsibility. By adhering to regenerative principles, the project aims to positively impact the surrounding environment while providing guests with a distinctive, eco-conscious travel experience.
