Bukhara Tourist Center – Bukhara, Uzbekistan
Horwath HTL Hungary was engaged by SEG Enera Group to design the financial and development concept framework for the proposed mixed-use landmark project of ‘Bukhara Tourist Center’, a transformative project to elevate the city’s international appeal, offering a portfolio of international hotels and tourist attractions in Bukhara, Republic of Uzbekistan.
Project Scope
Our work comprised financial feasibility assessment of all profit centres, ranging from international hotels to cultural and leisure attractions. We also developed an overall development concept strategy to ensure integration between hospitality assets, cultural tourism, and supporting infrastructure. Each component was modeled individually and then integrated into a broader financial framework to evaluate overall project sustainability.
The project’s outcome provided a blueprint for creating a world-class destination that preserves Bukhara’s historical heritage, while enabling sustainable growth in international tourism.
