Project Scope

Our team was engaged to provide asset management services for **Mr. C Coconut Grove**, a 100-room luxury hotel located in the vibrant Coconut Grove neighbourhood of Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and branded by Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, the hotel debuted in 2019 and quickly gained acclaim for its sophisticated design, exceptional service, and its rooftop restaurant, Bellini, which has become a destination for both locals and international travellers.

The primary focus of our asset management role was to ensure that the hotel consistently delivered strong financial performance while maintaining the high standards and distinctive character that define the Mr. C brand. To achieve this, we conducted a detailed analysis of the hotel’s operational and financial metrics, including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and ancillary revenue from food and beverage outlets.

We worked closely with the hotel’s management team to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation and cost efficiencies. This included strategies to enhance Bellini’s profitability by refining its menu, expanding event offerings, and leveraging its reputation to attract high-profile clientele. Additionally, we evaluated marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with the hotel’s target demographic and its status as a luxury lifestyle destination.

Our ongoing services also encompassed regular benchmarking against competitive properties, oversight of capital expenditures, and ensuring that guest experience remained a top priority. Through proactive collaboration with both ownership and management, we developed strategic recommendations to sustain long-term value and market position.
