Horwath HTL was appointed by the owner of the Koneser complex in Warsaw’s Praga district to find a tenant for the 3* Moxy Hotel that is part of the complex.

Project Scope

Horwath HTL has been appointed by the owner of the Koneser complex in Warsaw’s Praga district to find a tenant for the 3* Moxy Hotel that is part of the complex. This was the first Moxy hotel in Warsaw. The consultants conducted a search for an operator, analysed the bids and recommended the selection of an experienced operator. The lease was signed during COVID-19 pandemic.
