Shyn Yee Ho-Strangas rejoins Horwath HTL Pacific Asia as Director
December 2025, Singapore – Shyn Yee Ho-Strangas, travel and hospitality leader with more than 20 years of global and regional experience has rejoined Horwath HTL Pacific Asia, based in Singapore.
Shyn Yee is no stranger to Horwath HTL, having been a Senior Consultant and Assistant Director based in Singapore between 2007 and 2010. In the interim, Shyn Yee took senior leadership roles at Expedia Group, driving strategy, global market expansion, consumer and enterprise product management initiatives; and was a key member of the senior executive team at then NYSE-listed Southeast Asia-focused property technology company PropertyGuru. At PropertyGuru, Shyn Yee built and led the Data and Software Solutions business unit which aimed to drive data and technology innovation in the real estate sector. She has led large teams driving global strategic and cross-functional workstreams, often with a focus on innovation and transformation.

Shyn Yee will be leading client engagements across the lifecycle of hotels and tourism development, including the inception of a newly launched Technology Practice. She is a frequent speaker and thought leader at industry conferences such as the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP), World Cities Summit, the Economist Impact forums and Web In Travel (WIT). Shyn Yee also sits on the Executive Committee of the Asia Pacific Outdoor Lodging Association (APOLA), and is a Board Director on the Cambodia-focused non-profit organization Smiling Gecko Singapore.
