February 2026, Chicago, IL – Horwath HTL USA is pleased to announce that Greggie D. Pascual has joined the firm as Managing Director, bringing with him a focused and experienced team, further expanding the firm’s leadership capacity and strengthening its multidisciplinary advisory platform across the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. He will be based out of the Washington, D.C. office.

With more than 27 years of experience in valuation and advisory services, Greggie has built a reputation for technical excellence, disciplined execution, and trusted counsel on complex hotel and resort engagements throughout the asset lifecycle. Together with his team, he enhances Horwath HTL’s ability to deliver institutional-grade valuation, transaction advisory, feasibility analysis, and strategic consulting services across a broad range of hospitality assets.

In conjunction with this appointment, hospitality, tourism, and leisure assignments historically performed by GP Valuation & Advisory Services will now be delivered under the Horwath HTL platform. This alignment strengthens client service through expanded global resources, integrated sector expertise, and an experienced team operating within a unified international brand.
