Horwath HTL was engaged to provide consultancy services for the Nai Lert Park Hotel, focusing on evaluating the existing facility, management, and operations. The project aimed to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis and deliver strategic recommendations for repositioning and/or redevelopment to maximise the property’s potential in the competitive hospitality market.
