Our consultancy was engaged to provide comprehensive support for the Porto Lalzi project, a pioneering development on Albania’s coastline that seamlessly blends modern living with the natural environment. The project encompasses luxurious villas, apartments, a state-of-the-art marina, and a vibrant entertainment centre, all designed to offer an unparalleled lifestyle experience.
Our involvement began with a thorough feasibility study to assess the project’s viability. This included analysing market demand, evaluating environmental impacts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. We collaborated closely with stakeholders to align the development with both investor expectations and community interests.
Following the feasibility assessment, we assisted in refining the master plan to optimise land use and enhance the integration of various components, such as residential units, the yacht port, and commercial areas.
