Benelux HOSTA-rapport 2023
De Nederlandse hotelmarkt blijft een robuuste beleggingscategorie, die veerkracht toont ondanks de economische uitdagingen. De prestaties van de sector, zoals gemeten aan de hand van belangrijke indicatoren zoals bezettingsgraad (Occ), gemiddelde dagtarieven (ADR) en inkomsten per beschikbare kamer (RevPAR), laten positieve trends zien sinds de gevolgen van de COVID-19 pandemie in 2020. Het herstel van de markt wordt gedreven door een sterke binnenlandse en internationale vraag en strategische aanpassingen door hoteliers.
Index Nederlandse hotels
De Dutch Hotel City Index, een gezamenlijke publicatie van Horwath HTL en ABN AMRO, rangschikt Nederlandse steden op basis van hun hotelinvesteringsklimaat. De analyse omvat zes categorieën: hotelvraag, aanbod, duurzaamheid, economie, demografie en vastgoed. Alleen grotere steden met ten minste drie hotels met 100 kamers of meer werden opgenomen in het onderzoek.
