Horwath HTL’s Spanish office completed a comprehensive Fair Market Value (FMV) study for the Edition Hotel in Barcelona. The project involved an in-depth analysis of the hotel’s market position, leveraging data on comparable hotel transactions, current market trends, and the economic outlook for Barcelona’s tourism sector. We assessed key performance indicators such as room rates, occupancy levels, and RevPAR, alongside future growth potential. Our study provided a thorough evaluation of the hotel’s value, taking into account its condition, brand reputation, and competitive landscape.
