The project began with an in-depth review of Jadran d.d.’s portfolio, encompassing hotels, resorts, and other hospitality assets. This analysis focused on evaluating operational performance metrics, financial results, and market positioning. Our team identified key areas for improvement, including revenue management, cost optimization, and service delivery enhancement, all tailored to align with the company’s strategic goals.
We worked closely with Jadran d.d. to develop and implement an asset management framework designed to ensure long-term profitability and value creation.
