Horwath HTL provided operational and asset management services to Jadran d.d., a prominent player in Croatia’s hospitality industry, reinforcing their position as a market leader. Our collaboration aimed to optimize the performance of their portfolio while implementing strategic solutions to maximize asset value and operational efficiency.

The project began with an in-depth review of Jadran d.d.’s portfolio, encompassing hotels, resorts, and other hospitality assets. This analysis focused on evaluating operational performance metrics, financial results, and market positioning. Our team identified key areas for improvement, including revenue management, cost optimization, and service delivery enhancement, all tailored to align with the company’s strategic goals.

We worked closely with Jadran d.d. to develop and implement an asset management framework designed to ensure long-term profitability and value creation. This included crafting tailored operational strategies for individual properties, streamlining management processes, and introducing performance monitoring systems. By aligning each asset’s performance with broader market trends, we provided actionable recommendations for achieving operational excellence and enhanced guest satisfaction.

As part of the operational management services, we introduced best practices across key areas such as food and beverage operations, room management, and marketing strategies. Our approach emphasized increasing RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) and improving overall financial performance, ensuring that each asset met or exceeded its potential.
