Horwath HTL was retained to provide comprehensive advisory services for the development of The Circle at Zurich Airport, a landmark project involving a one-billion-dollar investment. This high-profile development encompassed two Hyatt-branded hotels with a total of 550 rooms and a 10,000 m² convention centre, forming an integral part of the project’s vision to create a premier mixed-use destination.

The engagement included overall project management, guiding the development through critical milestones, from concept design to execution.
