Adam’s expertise spans multiple countries, including Croatia, Albania, Slovenia, and Montenegro, where he has been instrumental in crafting optimal utilisation concepts and conducting comprehensive feasibility studies.

Adam’s extensive background in the leisure sector, encompassing both operational and consulting roles, provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the industry. His early career began at the headquarters of Hungary’s largest hotel operating company, where he gained valuable operational insights. He further honed his skills in front-of-house roles in Scotland before transitioning into hotel consultancy in London.

During his tenure with Colliers' Destination Consulting team in the UK, Adam specialised in business planning and feasibility studies for diverse visitor attractions, including surf parks and heritage re-use projects. He also contributed to groundbreaking research on the UK heritage property market.
