Hotel La Lama, now operating as Hilton Rome Eur La Lama, is a prominent 16-story property located in Rome’s EUR business district. The hotel features 439 rooms and suites, multiple dining options, a fitness center, and direct access to the La Nuvola Rome Convention Center. Its strategic location and extensive amenities position it as a significant player in Rome’s hospitality market.

Horwath HTL Italy was engaged to conduct a valuation for Hotel La Lama, providing strategic and technical advice to maximise the asset’s market value in preparation for its sale. The assignment included estimating the remaining capital expenditure (CapEx) required, addressing commercial considerations, and reviewing the hotel’s concept to enhance its appeal to potential buyers.
