Horwath HTL conducted a comprehensive commercial and operational review of the Regent Porto Montenegro, a luxury hotel situated in the prestigious Porto Montenegro marina. This assessment aimed to evaluate the hotel’s market positioning, operational efficiency, and financial performance to identify opportunities for enhancement and sustained growth.
The review began with an in-depth analysis of the hotel’s commercial operations, focusing on market segmentation, pricing strategies, and revenue management practices. By examining occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), we assessed the hotel’s competitive standing within the luxury hospitality sector. This analysis was contextualized against regional tourism trends and the performance of comparable properties.
Operationally, our team evaluated key areas including service delivery, staffing efficiency, and guest satisfaction metrics. We conducted on-site observations and engaged with management and staff to gain insights into daily operations and identify areas for improvement. Financial performance was scrutinized through a detailed review of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
