Horwath HTL was engaged to conduct market valuations for a portfolio of WIN Hotels located in Amsterdam. The objective was to provide an accurate and comprehensive assessment of the portfolio’s market value, reflecting both the real estate and operational performance of the properties. This valuation was critical for supporting strategic decision-making, including investment planning and potential refinancing.
The process began with an in-depth analysis of the individual hotels within the portfolio, focusing on key factors such as location, property condition, guest amenities, and overall market positioning. Amsterdam’s unique status as a global tourism hub and business centre was a significant consideration, influencing the demand drivers and competitive dynamics relevant to the portfolio.
