SIMI is a landmark event in the real estate industry’s calendar in France.

During the three days of the show more than 30,454 persons and 470 private businesses and public organizations gather for the event. Together they provide a comprehensive representation of land and building opportunities and associated commercial property services.
Opportunities in the show include offices, warehouses, industrial premises, high street shops and retail parks, to mention just a few. The show is also apace with on-going and future changes in the real estate ecosystem, notably with the deployment of digital services in buildings.
