Horwath HTL was engaged to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed luxury resort, providing a comprehensive evaluation of its potential within the competitive resort market. The study began with a competitive market analysis to assess the existing and upcoming luxury resort landscape in the region. The prospective financial analysis provided detailed projections of revenue, operational costs, and profitability. Multiple scenarios were modelled to account for potential market fluctuations and operational challenges, ensuring a robust understanding of the resort’s financial potential. Key performance indicators such as return on investment and breakeven timelines were included to support decision-making.
