Siniša Topalović serves as Managing Partner of Horwath HTL Croatia and leads the Global Tourism Advisory team. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has successfully overseen more than 200 advisory projects worldwide, showcasing his expertise in transforming tourism landscapes in both established and emerging markets.

Siniša specialises in providing strategic and operational advisory services to the tourism and hospitality sectors. His portfolio includes tourism development for countries, regions, and destinations; destination management; and project master planning for mega destinations, resorts, and integrated tourism developments. His experience extends to corporate strategic and operational advice, strategic marketing planning, tourism product development, and tourism policy. His comprehensive approach ensures that destinations and projects are not only visionary but also sustainable and aligned with market needs.

As a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC), Siniša is part of an elite global network of over 200 leading hospitality professionals. His insights and contributions have positioned him as a trusted advisor to governments, private investors, and industry stakeholders.

Academically, Siniša is pursuing a PhD in Destination Management and serves as a member of the Scientific Council for Tourism at the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. He also holds a Master of Arts in Finance from the University of Zagreb, equipping him with a strong foundation to address the financial and strategic complexities of tourism projects.
