He further honed his skills in front-of-house roles in Scotland before transitioning into hotel consultancy in London.

During his tenure with Colliers' Destination Consulting team in the UK, Adam specialised in business planning and feasibility studies for diverse visitor attractions, including surf parks and heritage re-use projects. He also contributed to groundbreaking research on the UK heritage property market. His industry expertise now encompasses hospitality business planning, visitor forecasting, strategic counsel, and hospitality asset management.

Adam holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Management, an International MBA, and a BSc in Tourism and Hotel Management.
