Shyn Yee Ho

Passionate about data-driven decision making, strategic planning and innovation, Shyn Yee has led multiple successful advisory projects across Asia Pacific including hotels and resorts market and financial feasibility, international growth expansion, rebranding, online distribution and revenue optimisation. Her breadth of experience and wealth of knowledge in travel and hospitality make her a trusted advisor to clients with varied and complex challenges.

Shyn Yee has previously held senior global leadership roles in small to large cap companies, including Managing Director, Data and Software Solutions at PropertyGuru – Southeast Asia’s leading property technology platform, Director of Global Product Management and Market Expansion at Expedia Group – a leading global online travel company, and Director of Revenue Management at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Shyn Yee is a regular contributor to industry research and a frequent speaker at thought leading conferences such as the World Cities Summit, Urban Land Institute forums, The Economist Impact AI Innovation Asia, SuperAI, Web In Travel and Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP).

Shyn Yee is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and Singapore Computer Society, a Fellow at the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, and Board Member of the Cambodia-focused non-profit organisation Smiling Gecko Singapore. A business graduate from the Singapore Management University, she has also undertaken executive programmes on global affairs, design thinking, hotel and tourism development at the London School of Economics, Harvard Extension School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hotel Management.
