Navit joined Horwath HTL as a Consultant with solid experience in hotel development, feasibility study, and market analysis.
Based in Bangkok, he brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective with hospitality market knowledge.
Before joining Horwath HTL, Navit conducted financial projections and feasibility studies for 35+ hotel projects across Southeast Asia at Cross Hotels & Resorts (now SONO Hotels & Resorts APAC). His experience in the development department equipped him with a deep understanding of hotel management proposals, brand positioning, and market dynamics across the region.
He also gained real estate consulting and market analysis experience as an Analyst Intern at JLL Thailand.
Fluent in Thai and English, Navit holds a Bachelor of Science from Chulalongkorn University, with a focus on architecture, real estate development and urbanism. His strong interest in financial analysis and investment positions him to make valuable contributions to Horwath HTL’s clients across the region.
