Maarten is currently in the final phase of a degree at Hotel Management School Maastricht, completing a management internship in consultancy. His foundation in the hospitality industry began with his first part-time job, triggering a lasting interest in the question: what makes an establishment an enjoyable place to work as an employee, and to visit as a guest?
This curiosity, combined with a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, sparked a desire to explore a potential career path in hospitality consultancy.
